CLINIQUE: StartBetter

Clinique’s #StartBetter campaign paved the way for social war rooms and consumer engagement in real time. StartBetter was launched with a manifesto animation which encouraged viewers to share what they would #StartBetter. On launch, we created a 2-day War Room and surprised select respondents by designing their words into personalized response posts in the theme of the campaign. It has been the brand’s
most successful social media campaign to date. Result:
